We provide staff to assist people living with a range of disabilities, with illness, who are frail and aged, young people, and to any person who requires reliable, professional, kind, skilled and caring staff.

Managing director
As a Mum of 3 Tamara has an extensive background in Community Nursing. Tamara aims for high quality and client focused daily living supports to aid in the recovery and function of individuals.
Tamara comes with over 12 years experience within a community setting and is currently Registered as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse.
Tamara spent many years on the field wanting to make a change. This proved difficult within other organisations so Tamara decided to take part of a partnership with Ann and a silent partner to create an organisation set for change.
With Passion and patience Dignity and Transition Support Services was created and established in 2020.
Tamara strives to provide tailored supports to Participants from all areas of life.
